First, let's check your address.
We'll show you exactly what's available at your site in seconds: fibre and wireless options, plus install lead times.
Start typing your business address. We'll check what's available and confirm before anything is charged.
One quick question before plans.
Are you currently in a contract with your existing internet provider?
Easy to check: it's on a recent bill, in your provider's app, or one quick call to them. Most contracts run for one or two years. If you're out of contract, come straight back and carry on.
Or leave your email and we'll hold your spot while you find out.
Worth knowing before you switch: leaving before your contract ends usually means an early-termination charge from your current provider. Check what yours would be. It's often cheaper to wait until the term is up.
Tell us when your contract ends and we'll get in touch just before, so you can switch the moment it's free to do so.
Done. We've saved your details and this address, and we'll be in touch.
Choose your plan.
Both business plans are symmetric and uncapped, with NZ-based support included. Prices exclude GST.
Residential fibre is available on request. Ask us in chat and we will sort it for you.
Make it yours.
Optional extras. Add them now or any time later. Everything lands on the same single monthly invoice.
Cyber Security SOC POA
A dedicated security team for your business cloud: always on, learns how your business normally works, and raises the alarm when something isn't right. A 24×7 Security Operations Centre watching your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, with analysts reading every detection. You get a plain-English call when it matters, not a wall of alerts.
Tell us about your business.
This creates your customer record. It's how we recognise you in support, billing and your customer portal, where you can sign in with the email on your order to see your service, your billing position, and manage your account.
Optional. Helps if support needs to talk to you about the switch.
We activate a new service on a spare port on your fibre box (usually port 2). Your current provider is not cancelled automatically.
Both services can run at the same time, so you stay online. You can be billed by both until you cancel the old one.
We never cancel Spark or any other provider for you.
Best approach: wait until we email you that ICT Hub is live, test it, then cancel your old provider with an end date one or two days after go-live.
If your old provider needs 30 days notice, pick a later go-live date, or give them notice now and tell them not to disconnect before your go-live date.
Earliest go-live is 7 days from today. We hold your order and aim to turn the service on around this date so you control any overlap with your current provider. Nothing is billed until the service is actually live.
Your current internet usually keeps working on the fibre box until you cancel it. We add ICT Hub on a spare port. Short overlap is normal and safer than a gap.
If your current provider needs 30 days notice, choose a date that covers that notice.
Pick a date at least 7 days from todayReview your order.
Check everything looks right. Nothing is charged until your service is provisioned and live.
You're on the way.
Your order is in. Here's exactly what happens next, and we'll email you at every step.
Order received
Right now. Your customer record and subscription are set up, and our provisioning team has your order.
Provisioning begins
Within 1 business day. We place your order on the network and confirm your install pathway with the local fibre company.
Install scheduled
If a site visit is needed, we'll offer you times that suit. Many addresses connect with no visit at all.
You're live
We test the connection end to end, then hand over. Billing starts the day your service does, not a day earlier.
